-Initial meeting to set your goals and learn to develop a mindset that will help you achieve them
-Weekly video calls where we will discuss progress, answer any questions, and practice weekly healthy habits including sleep, stress management, positive self talk and more.
Choose either a focus on fitness or nutrition:
-Personal Training- Customized program based on your goals and needs. The program will be sustainable for YOU based on the time you have to workout, where you like to exercise (home or gym) and your fitness level. You will receive your program through the app TrueCoach where you can watch my video demos, keep track of your progress, message me and more all through the app! Message me about in person training in the Denver area.
-Nutrition- Customized program based on your food preferences, dietary restrictions, current habits, and macronutrient needs. You will gradually change your eating habits in a way that is maintainable for your lifestyle. Stop dieting and start a lifelong healthy relationship with food.
